Dr. Revaski is a scientist from planet Northeu. He took on the identity of Dr. R when he came to Zoomtown to find his son Taki, who ran away from home. He hoped to deter Taki's desire to be a racer by putting up obstacles on the racetracks, only to realize that it was impossible to quench his son's enthusiasm. The doctor then decided to organize even higher level races on Northeu, and invited all inhabitants of Zoomtown to come and compete. In China he is known as Q.Dr.
